Tiki Nui Pool Care strives to be the premier pool maintenance company on the Treasure Coast. We make every effort to not only be a janitorial service that sweeps your pool, but an industry-leading source of best practices with regards to pool chemistry, cleaning and maintenance.

If you find you are not satisfied with a pool cleaning, please promptly let us know, and we’ll re-clean it for free ASAP. Please be sure to tell us SAME DAY if there is a problem. This will help us identify potential causes or deficiencies in our process, and take corrective measures to ensure this isn’t a repeating occurrence.

NB: If you are on the BASIC Service Plan, then vacuuming + netting, or any other cleaning of the floor of the pool, is not included in your plan. You can upgrade to our SIGNATURE Service Plan for just a little more per month and get these items performed every week!!

We Guarantee that we will re~clean your swimming pool free of charge and ensure your pool and/or spa are cleaned to your satisfaction, if notified same day of an issue or item that we missed. 

Tiki Nui further guarantees that we will refund the service visit in question if you reported it same day, and we were unable to re- clean the swimming pool to your satisfaction within 24hrs.

*Please note that a clean pool should stay clean for several days, if this is not the case, and it seems that within hours of pool cleaning, there’s debris/leaves/vegetation getting into your pool, then you likely have a Landscaping problem and not a Pool Cleaning Problem. If this is the case, please let us refer you to a local, friendly Tree Service/ Landscape pro who can take care of this for you. Also, if you or your landscapers are in the habit of using a leaf-blower to blast all the dirt/dust/pollen/grass-clippings etc. into the pool, that is a seriously BAD idea, and should be curbed immediately! All that stuff immediately starts dissolving into your pool water, promoting Algae and Bacterial Growth, and  increasing the TDS (total dissolved solids) in your pool water…these TDS shorten the life-span of your pool equipment & especially your filter, mess up the pool chemistry, are resistant to chlorine, cause staining to pool surfaces, and are microscopic, thus they cannot be vacuumed or netted out, and only a pool draining + refill will correct this problem.

After several years of diligently cleaning and maintaining swimming pools in S.Florida, attending as much training as possible from vendors/manufacturers, reading every pool service & chemistry book we can get our hands on, and spending hours listening to dry (pun intended) pool service podcasts, we have developed some keen insights and observations while servicing over 300 pools on the Treasure Coast. 

First, we have noticed that because ‘getting into the pool business’ is rather easy, this low barrier-to-entry attracts all sorts of people – some truly professional, and some not-so much. 

Second, we have seen through observation & trial-and-error what works vs what does not work, while all the time comparing what we do and how these pools are run/maintained to: 1. the industry average, and 2. the best practices taught by the leaders in the pool and spa industry.  

What it all boils down to: there are some serious gaps in the knowledge between the average ‘pool guy’ and those at the top of the industry. This means there is a LOT OF BAD ADVICE in this business, even from some apparent pros. 

Our promise to you: We will always strive to gain the latest and best knowledge available in the pool & spa business, so we can provide the best pool maintenance possible, and to give you the best advice available, even when – and especially when – the best advice conflicts with the generally accepted ‘norm’ ….we want to not only be your pool cleaners, we want to see you enjoy and protect that precious investment – your swimming pool & spa backyard oasis.

Our ask from you: Please consider our advice very carefully, and understand that we honor and guarantee our work and the health & safety of your pool water, WHEN YOU FOLLOW OUR ADVICE & LET US BE THE POOL PROFESSIONALS.
